UPDATED 3/27

We always wanted one of these Charlie Brown record players when they first came out. Didn’t get one, but that was the 80s way. Kids never got what they wanted back then. I specifically remember being 10 years old and walking into the Toys-R-Us and seeing this marvelous creation in front of my eyes with a price tag of, gulp.. $32.99.  I pointed out to my Dad. He looked at it, looked at the price, then looked at me and told me to “Get a job.”

30 years later I find myself going up and down the aisles at Swap-O-Rama, asking the guy selling 8-Tracks if I can look at the good stuff in the van.  Note: Don’t ever ask anyone at Swap-O-Rama you want to check out the “good stuff”, especially if they have a van…

Well dreams can come true. Thanks to Record Store Day a limited run of Peanuts turntables will be back on the street.  We don’t know they price yet. Hell, we don’t even know if we will get one yet… but these little beauties are sure to take you back into time. And they won’t last long either, so make sure to make plans to get down to see us early on April 19. (Lionel Richie albums not included.)

UPDATE

These units are Sold Out at the distribution level!  That means the only time you will be able to get your hands on one is on Record Store Day from an independent record shop.  We will have 3 available, first come first serve on April 19. MSRP is $129.98.  As with all things Record Store Day, we recommend you enjoy your purchases and try to refrain from eBay flipping.
